Cello products come with a 12-month guarantee protecting you against electrical and mechanical breakdown. If you do experience this, please contact us and your call will be directed to the assigned service contact centre, who will advise on what happens next. Any faulty unit must be returned to the manufacturer with all accessories and in the original packaging. A replacement unit will be despatched by courier to your location within 48 hours of reporting the fault.
