They are designed for busy commercial kitchens, keeping food fresh; specially designed for food storage, preparation tables and food bars. Our Stainless Steel Gastronorms are microwave, dishwasher safe and stackable. Each item can withstand -40 degrees and up to +100 degrees. Please Note: We do advise that once the dishwashing cycle has ended, the item must be removed and dried immediately to avoid any discolouration.
