How soon will my order be delivered?
Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing some difficulties in our supply chain obtaining certain components in a timely manner. Despite forecasting and ordering well in advance with our suppliers, the slower delivery of some components is affecting our ability to maintain our usually high levels of service.
We fully appreciate the challenges you are facing in your business and apologise for any inconvenience this is causing. Please be assured we are endeavouring to deliver the best possible service that we can in these extraordinary circumstances.
Furniture deliveries may take up to 21 working days. Outdoor Furniture deliveries may take up to 5 working days. White Good deliveries may take up to 7 working days. Sheds deliveries may take up to 15 working days. Mattress deliveries may take up to 10 working days.
How much is the carriage charge?
Any orders over £100 (ex VAT) which are placed before 12 noon receive free next day delivery via an independent courier (T&Cs apply). For orders below £100 (ex VAT) a standard delivery of £7.00 applies. Click here to find out more about our delivery options.

Why do some products say ‘Add to basket’ and others say ‘View more’?
Across our wide range of products, we sometimes have various options available, for example an item may be available in different colours or sizes, the ‘view more’ option simply takes you into the product to make your selection.
Why do I have to be over 18 to buy knives?
In line with legislation, the sale of knives is restricted to person aged 18 years and over. All orders placed which includes a knife, must be delivered to a business address.
If we believe the person ordering is under the age of 18 and/or the delivery address provided is not a business, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
How do I add something to my favourites?
When logged into your account, simply press the heart next to any product and choose the list you would like to add it to.
You can then access the list and products you have selected in your account. Here you are also able to add these items to your basket, move them to a different ‘favourites list’ or view the product in more detail.
This is a great way to organise your online shopping.
I can’t find what I am looking for, do you have access to any other products?
If you ever feel like you’re in search of something you cannot find in our brochure or on our website, don’t fear. We have access to a huge range of products across our supplier network. Can I make changes to an inventory pack?
Absolutely. We can create inventory packs to suit your holiday park and customer requirements. We offer five levels of inventory packs as standard for 6 and 8 berth accommodation but if you would like to make changes including increasing/decreasing the berth size or adding additional items, please get in touch.
I am trying to purchase a product, but when I go to checkout it won’t let me.
For holiday park groups we are able to create a buy list which includes only the products that have been authorised for purchase. This helps to ensure consistency across the group. If you are a member of a group there may be restricted products which you cannot purchase, and the system will prevent the order from being processed.
Buy lists are usually created by your head office or buying teams.If you think there has been an error with the buy list please contact us on 01482 348699 or at email@example.com.
Can I pick certain items from a display pack?
Unfortunately, as we prepack these in volume, we cannot supply individual display pack items.
Do you offer a bespoke display pack option?
We can create bespoke Diamond display packs to suit your requirements. Designed to be the perfect match for your accommodation, these packs can really enhance the look and feel of a lodge and add a real feel of luxury.
We take into account a colour schemes, furniture types and select items which work perfectly within the accommodation. Each Diamond Display Pack is created specifically for you, so if you have any specific pieces you’d like including, we’ll try our best to ensure this is added.
I am trying to add a mattress to my order and an error message keeps appearing
We have a minimum order value of £200 (ex VAT) on all mattress orders and must be spent on mattresses only. Please adjust your basket and proceed accordingly. If you are trying to add a mattress to your basket with other items, you will receive an error message. To proceed, simply place an order without the mattress in your basket, then place a second order which is mattresses only.
Why can’t I order a mattress and another item together?
Due to the special delivery method of our range of mattresses, unfortunately we cannot accept an order for a mattress and any items from different category. In this instance, please place two separate orders on the website.
Our accommodation needs an unusual shaped mattress, do you offer these?
We offer a custom-made mattress service to suit your requirements. Whether it is a curved or angled end or an unusual size we can have this designed to meet your needs. You can choose the mattress quality from our standard range of mattresses, and have it turned into the right shape and size for your accommodation.
How long will a furniture order take to arrive?
Furniture deliveries may take up to 7 working days. We shall contact you before dispatching to let you know the expected delivery date.
I need some spare parts for my white goods can you help?
Definitely. We work with industry leading brands to offer our fantastic selection of white goods, should you need any spare parts please contact us and we shall contact our suppliers to try and find the right product for you.
Do I have to buy in box quantities, or can I buy things individually?
Items sold in box quantities will be highlighted in the product description, in our brochure or when discussing your order over the phone. Fragile items such as glassware and crockery are only sold in full boxes to prevent damages in transit and ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
