Our Diamond Stainless Steel Double Basket Freestanding Electric Fryer (H98.5 x W75 x D65.5cm) is a great addition to any commercial kitchen environment. Dimensions of tanks: 250x320xh280 mm with a cold zone and drain valve: This indicates the size of the tanks in the fryer, including a cold zone and a drain valve for easy oil removal. Quantity of cooking oil, minimum 12 liters, maximum 14 liters per tank: Each tank in the fryer can hold between 12 and 14 liters of cooking oil. Filters in the tank made of chrome-plated steel: The fryer tanks have filters made of chrome-plated steel to capture dirt and food residues. Supplied with 1 basket 235x275xh105 mm per tank, made of chrome-plated steel with an insulated handle: Each tank is supplied with a frying basket made of chrome-plated steel with an insulated handle.
