This Diamond Stainless Steel Electric Pizza Oven is made of stainless steel with a chassis in painted sheet and galvanized steel, and has a gigh density fibre glass insulation. With the galvanised steel chamber, and bottom in special refractory material the heating by top and bottom electric armoured elements is perfect for commercial cooking. Setting by thermostats (50 to 400°C) with a serial analogue thermometer ensures the inner chamber light has a high temp of 500°C. The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force.
